We engaged the IP team at Lee & Priestley to protect ourselves after the departure of one of our directors who had taken confidential information and company documents protected by IP. Louise, Felicity and the rest of the team took rapid action to obtain a court order to protect our position.  One of the main benefits we found working with Lee & Priestley was their ability to bring in in-house expertise to advise on other areas of law.  During subsequent negotiations the team was able to obtain a positive settlement which more than covered our costs.
