Commercial Legal Services: Wills, Trusts & Probate
 |
“Peace of mind for the future” |
Our private client department deals with wills, trusts, family settlements and probate matters.
We understand that these matters are of intense personal importance to our clients and we are sensitive to that need by being open and approachable, and explaining what we do in a way that is easy to understand without resorting to confusing legal jargon.
Our two main aims are to provide a supportive personal service when circumstances require and to ensure efficient tax and financial planning is in place to protect and maximise assets.
The importance of private client work is emphasised by recent recruitment in this area to meet increasing demand for expert advice from clients seeking planning advice in relation to inheritance and related tax issues.
The Head of Department is Susan Bateson.
