On October 11th 2007, Lee & Priestley, in association with Yorkshire Forward, the Region’s Development Agency, took part in the Future for Growth event held in Wakefield.
The event, which was aimed at regional companies with a strong intellectual property, technology and media focus, provided a forum for Yorkshire Forward to share its recommendations on how it proposes to develop the region’s creative and digital industry and create a business environment that will stimulate continued economic growth.
The workshops, delivered by Yorkshire Forward and the UK Intellectual Property Office amongst others, were both interesting and informative and enabled individuals from across the sector to better understand, comment upon and contribute to the various target-focussed strategies currently being put in place by the development agency to ensure sustained development and economic growth for the Yorkshire region.
