Commercial Litigation: Injunctions

Even with the increased use of mediation and other forms of ADR and Pre-Action Protocols, there are circumstances where the best, if not only option is for a party to seek an emergency order from the court, whether it is to protect your assets, your business interests or your reputation.

By their nature these are exceptional applications. You need to be assured that the lawyers acting for you are using your money effectively and are presenting your case in the best light possible because you don't get a second chance to create a first impression to a judge.

We have the resources and experience to deal with such applications quickly and effectively. However urgent the action that needs to be taken, we believe in adopting the same approach that we do to all our cases: we will consider the merits of your case and give you our honest appraisal of your position. That way, you will be able to make an informed decision about the action you want to take. It will also mean that in appropriate cases we may be able to offer to act for you on a conditional fee basis.
