Commercial Litigation: Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") is the collective term for the many alternatives to court litigation. One of the most common forms of ADR is mediation (involving an independent mediator whose purpose is not to adjudicate on disputes but instead is to assist the parties to find a compromise that is acceptable to them) but there are many others including expert determination, binding adjudication etc). Lee & Priestley has trained mediators and all our team has been involved in mediations and other forms of ADR.
