Samantha trained at Hammonds LLP in Birmingham, qualifying into Commercial Litigation in 2003 where she worked until 2009. 

Samantha has experience in a wide variety of contentious commercial matters including complex contractual disputes, disputes arising out of corporate transactions, tortious disputes, contentious pension matters, defamation, court disputes arising out of employment contracts, and the termination of and claims arising out of commercial agency agreements.

Samantha has had much experience in the successful commercial resolution of such disputes, and has represented clients in numerous mediations.

Samantha moved to the North with her family at the end of 2009 and commenced work with Lee and Priestley in December 2009, where she is continuing to undertake a broad range of commercial disputes.

Samantha is married with a little boy, and when she has a spare moment enjoys reading, running, and cookery.
