Caroline is a solicitor in the corporate team at Lee & Priestley LLP, having joined the firm in July 2007. Caroline previously trained with a large commercial practice in Birmingham where she then qualified and worked as an assistant solicitor in their Corporate & Banking department.

Caroline is experienced in advising on all forms of corporate transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals, venture capital investments, MBOs, joint ventures and company restructurings. Particular areas of expertise include advising spin out and new technology companies on their initial incorporation and advising them on start up funding and further investment rounds. Caroline also takes a keen interest in the implementation of a range of share option schemes and cross option arrangements to help companies reward their employees and protect the future of their businesses.

Away from the office Caroline enjoys travelling, playing tennis and cooking for friends.
