Dominic is a solicitor in the corporate department having trained and qualified with the firm.

Clients describe him as being "a personable lawyer who acted efficiently and without fuss" with "a calm, unflappable manner" and "would recommend him and his firm".

Dominic deals with a range of business advice for sole traders, partners, SMEs and owner-managed businesses.  He advises on corporate transactional work including mergers, management buy-outs, acquisitions, disposals and investments.

Dominic has a particular interest in those taking their first steps in new business ventures and jointly developed the firm's "Business Start-Up Package" which provides new businesses with high quality legal advice covering all critical areas on an affordable basis.

He is a pro-bono legal advisor to a local community-led enterprise helping with regeneration in North West Leeds.

Away from the office, Dominic enjoys travel, cinema and most sports particularly 5-a-side football, running and his beloved Leeds United.
