After training with the firm, Eloise qualified into the IP/IT department in 2007 and now specialises in non-contentious aspects of Intellectual Property and Commercial Law.

Eloise deals with all types of IP, including patents, trade marks, design rights and copyright, including registering trade marks and design rights in the UK, Europe and other foreign jurisdictions, as well as advising clients in respect of licensing and assigning all types of IP.

In relation to commercial law, Eloise regularly advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting contracts and negotiating terms in respect of T&Cs of sale/purchase, supply agreements, business services agreements, distribution agreements and agency agreements. In addition, Eloise also advises clients on a variety of digital media matters, including in relation to web and software development and licensing agreements and other website documentation, such as privacy policies and online T&Cs of sale.

Outside of work, Eloise enjoys seeing friends and family, as well as playing netball for both the L&P and the Leeds Junior Law Division teams.
