Felicity Harrison

Felicity trained at Richards Butler in London and, as part of her training contract, spent six months in the corporate and business affairs department of MTV Networks Europe.

After qualifying in 2003, Felicity chose to specialise in Intellectual Property Litigation, practicing at niche media/IP firm Wiggin in Cheltenham, she then moved back to her home town of Leeds and joined Lee & Priestley in September 2008. 

Felicity specialises in contentious aspects of Intellectual Property Law and has particular experience of breach of copyright disputes, defamation, trade mark infringement and passing off.  Whilst working at Lee & Priestley, Felicity has helped clients to protect their IP rights, including getting injuctive relief at an early stage, negotiating settlements and obtaining contractual undertakings and/or cour orders.  Felicity is also able to advise on media law matters including those relating to film, advertising and sponsorship.

Ouside of work Felicity enjoys live music, theatre and camping.
