Ann Marie trained and qualified with Clyde & Co in London and remained in their commercial litigation team until January 2006.

Within the team she handled a broad range of commercial litigation including solicitors’ professional negligence, breach of copyright, product liability and fraud litigation. She also handled regulatory litigation, in particular against the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

She moved to the FSA in February 2006 where she continued to handle contentious work including breaches of the Listing Rules by companies listed on the Stock Exchange, market abuse and insider dealing cases.

At Lee & Priestley, Ann Marie deals with a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including breach of warranty claims, referrals to the Financial Ombudsman due to misconduct of banks; solicitors' professional negligence;applications under the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005; breach of contract claims and property matters.

When not working Ann Marie enjoys going to the gym, running, and reading.
