Damian specialises in corporate transactional work with an emphasis on the acquisition and disposal of private companies both regionally and nationally. He has considerable corporate finance experience and regularly advises management teams on the structure and negotiation of their transaction.

Damian works extensively with owner managed businesses and enjoys building strong relationships with the owners, providing them with ongoing advice and support on corporate and related matters.

Damian has particular expertise acting for businesses within the care home sector and is head of the firm’s Care Homes Team which acts both for care home operators and also for funders in the sector

He advises on a full range of company matters including company formation, shareholders’ agreements, cross-option agreements, share buy-backs and group reorganisations.
