Iain is a partner and Head of Department for employment and employment litigation. 

He has advised for a number of years on employment issues both for employers and employees.  He specialises in Employment Tribunals, senior executive dismissals, restrictive covenants and restraint of trade, discrimination and trade union law. 

Other firms refer senior individuals and executives to Iain for advice on the termination of their employment. 

Additional areas of work include corporate support, TUPE (including outsourcing) and advice on trade union issues.

Iain is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and has been involved in employment mediations.

Iain has been recognised as a leader in his field in Chambers UK 2009. 

On a personal note Iain enjoys running and playing the guitar.
