The Training Contract...
As a corporate practice with related private client work we can offer comprehensive training over all the main areas of the law with direct client contact from an early start. You will work closely with your supervisor, a partner or senior fee earner.
We will aim to train you in a broad range of skills, including interviewing clients, drafting documents, researching, attending court, IT and business development. There will be an appraisal of your progress every three months. This review will examine the quality of your training and supervision as well as your performance and your career path.
