Clearly, the firm's values, friendly culture and impressive resumes of team members have helped cultivate a quality client base of local and national reach which greatly appealed to me. A medium sized city firm, a reputation as a quality legal practice and delivering specialist commercial services, particularly with an eye on IP and IT law, further induced me.
Having met the corporate team at interview it was clear that the firm is ambitious whilst balanced, embracing traditional legal services with entrepreneurial flair. That was the icing on the cake! I wanted to be involved in a firm that creates, manages, informs and delivers innovative solutions with a personal touch for clients which helps them to succeed in their business. That is total job satisfaction for me.
