Turning a Bright Idea into Reality
02/Nov/2005

Lee & Priestley has for many years advised established companies on intellectual property (IP) rights and all other legal aspects relating to technology. We aim to help our clients realise their ideas especially in the creation and formative years of their high technology enterprises and help them become successful.

We recently advised three entrepreneurs on how to set up their new company and then helped it acquire the exclusive licence to all the patents, trademarks, design rights, copyright and business names for a revolutionary and environmentally sound new machine which has an all-in-one approach to grounds maintenance. The machine is able to do everything from chipping and mulching to power washing and electricity generation. The company is now trading and the orders are flooding in.
